Extolled Worship

"The Praise"

Behind the song

Worship knows no boundaries. The Praise is a song that brings together believers from different parts of the world with one shared purpose—to lift up the name of Jesus Christ and declare His faithfulness through worship.

THE HEART BEHIND THE SONG

Written and composed by Chris Stalin, The Praise was created as a declaration of praise that can be sung in every season of life. Its message is simple: wherever we are, whatever time it may be, Jesus Christ is worthy of our worship.

One of the distinctive features of this song is the collaboration behind it. Musicians, producers, and creatives from multiple countries came together to contribute their gifts, reflecting the shared desire of believers around the world to glorify the same Saviour.

Although created across different locations and cultures, the song carries one united message—that all people can join together in praising Jesus Christ.

THE MESSAGE OF THE SONG

From its opening lines, The Praise reminds us that worship is not limited to a particular place or moment. Whether in the morning or the evening, every season of life is an opportunity to give thanks to God.

"Praise You in the morning, praise You in the evening... Whatever time may be now, I will praise You."

As the song unfolds, it celebrates God's goodness, His loving kindness, and His enduring faithfulness. It declares that all creation bears witness to His greatness and that His faithfulness continues from one generation to the next.

The bridge points to the hope found in Christ, proclaiming that His light shines through the darkness and that His unfailing love never lets us go.

Throughout the song, the central message remains clear: God is worthy of continual praise, and His faithfulness never changes.

THE WRITING & RECORDING JOURNEY

The Praise was made possible through the contribution of musicians and media teams working across several countries. Guitar was recorded by Darshan Philip (India), drums by Chris Lionel Joseph (India), while orchestration and mixing were completed by Ryan Thomas in the United States.

Audio engineering was provided by Simone in the United Kingdom, while the accompanying music video featured videography and editing by Barnabas Lawson, alongside musicians and media contributors based in the UK.

The team is also grateful to Pastor Shaji John for his support, as well as everyone who contributed their time and talents to bringing this worship project together.

A SONG OF UNITED WORSHIP

The Praise serves as a reminder that the Church is united in its worship of Jesus Christ. Regardless of nationality, language, or location, believers can come together with one voice to honour the Lord.

Our prayer is that this song encourages you to continually praise God, proclaim His faithfulness, and lift His name high in every season of life.

May every generation continue to declare:

"I will praise You and lift Your name high."
